After this time, the manufacturer's warranty will apply. Packages should be mailed to SoundBytes, PO Box 9022, Hicksville, NY 11802. Refunds and credits are issued for the amount of the merchandise, but shipping and handling fees are not refundable. To receive a full refund, items must be in as-new, resalable condition and in their original box with all instructions and warranties.
