If the added cost does not appear at check-out, the correct shipping/handling cost will be given to the customer through an e-mail or phone call. *Orders placed Friday before 2:30 PM that are to ship by FEDEX overnight delivery will not arrive until Monday. FEDEX does not ship on weekend days.  *Standard Ground Shipping is never guaranteed. Our normal shipping rates are as follows: Dollar amounts of: Less than $15.00.........$4.95 shipping and handling. $15.01 to $49.99..........$7.95 $50.00 to $99.99..........$9.95 $100.00 to $199.99......$12.95 $200.00 or more...........$18.95 For 3 Day Delivery, there will be an additional $8.00 added to your delivery charge. For 2 Day Delivery, there will be an additional $20 added to your delivery charge. For Next Day Delivery, there will be an additional $30 added to your delivery charge. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can only ship Ground or 2 Day. International orders, please contact us for pricing and availability. Saturday delivery is available for a fee. Our standard shipping methods are UPS Ground and Fed Ex Ground. Return InformationTo return a product, please call (888) 816-8191 to obtain an RA number. After this time, the manufacturer's warranty will apply. Packages should be mailed to SoundBytes, PO Box 9022, Hicksville, NY 11802. Refunds and credits are issued for the amount of the merchandise, but shipping and handling fees are not refundable. To receive a full refund, items must be in as-new, resalable condition and in their original box with all instructions and warranties.
