Expedited shipping is available with overnight, 2-day or 3-day service for an additional charge, depending on the weight of the shipment. International orders, please contact us for pricing and availability. Our standard shipping method is FEDEX Ground. Expedited orders placed after 3:00 PM, will likely ship out the following business day. Please be aware that weekend days are not usually considered a business day. SOUNDBYTES is not responsible for any Taxes or Duties that may occur on orders that are shipped outside of the U.S. New York State purchases are subject to sales tax, including sales tax on shipping charges, unless an item is specifically exempt. Returns and Warranty Information If a product does not satisfy your needs, you may return it within 90 days. Hearing aid accessories, batteries, computer software and special orders are not returnable. Before returning any item, please call (888) 816-8191 to obtain a Return Authorization number. Refunds and credits are issued for the amount of the merchandise, but shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
