SoundBytes Hearing Aid Battery Club Membership Agreement

1. Any and all information collected for the purposes of membership, including but not limited to, transaction processing and shipping, shall:
1. be collected in a manner imploring the highest levels of security available,
2. only be used to support and facilitate your relationship with SoundBytes.
3. only be shared with our financial service providers' to facilitate credit decisions, and
4. not be shared, sold, rented, or leased to any third-party.

1. This Agreement shall commence on the date membership is completed and/or submitted, whether electronic, printed hardcopy or verbally.
2. Amendments to these terms, whether in exclusion or inclusion, must be made available for review ten (10) days prior to the effective date expressed therein.
3. Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause by giving the other party seven (7) days advance written or verbal notice.
4. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon seven (7) days written or verbal notice to the other party in the event the other party breaches this Agreement and fails to cure the breach within the seven (7) day notice period.

1. Each purchase will require a valid credit. Credit card information will either be called in by the member or obtained by calling the member.
2. If for any reason the credit card given declines the current amount due, the member status will be changed to "Suspended."
1. The member will be contacted to inform them of the credit decision issued by our financial service providers' and to obtain a usable credit card for billing.
2. If a usable credit card is not obtained, the membership will be terminated according to the process outlined in Section 2: Term and Termination.
3. If a usable credit card is obtained and credit approval received, the member status will be restored to "Active."

1. Any and all products distributed by SoundBytes as a part or in conjunction with the SoundBytes Hearing Aid Battery Club are subject to the following quality assurance checks:
1. All unopened products may be returned for any reason within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase for a full refund less shipping charges.
2. Hearing aid batteries are guaranteed to be newer than the printed expiration period and received in a fully usable condition. If for any reason they are not fully usable, they may be exchanged for an identical replacement product.

3. This Agreement contains a full and complete expression of the agreement of the parties, and it shall supersede all prior agreements, written or oral, heretofore made by either the member and/or SoundBytes.
4. By joining the program, the member agrees to all terms of this agreement.
